At the start of each year, I will always make it a point to arrange for a goal setting session with my team. Setting goals for the year is important as it not only helps you plan more efficiently, it also allows you to prioritise and plan the actions you need in order to achieve it.
MONTHLY TEAM MEET-UPS & SHARINGS
In Paul Fam Division, team sharing sessions are conducted on a monthly basis. It not only allows all of us to catch up with one another, it also provides an opportunity for the team to share our knowledge on the latest market news as well as our personal success and winning formulas.
