ABOUT THE DIVISION
Crowned as the Champion PropNex Team Award for the fifth consecutive time in 2019, Marcus Luah division (MLD) is a division led by Marcus Luah, Advisory Associate Branch District Director, under the Powerful Negotiators Group (PNG) in PropNex. The division currently has more than 3,700 realtors, 130 leaders and 900 managers who gather together to attend numerous events monthly. In 2018, the division was awarded as the Overall Champion Team for PropNex in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, as well as the Overall Champion Division in PNG in the 1st and 3rd quarters.

Coming together for the many events, trainings and activities has always been a culture in the division. Defining teamwork as bringing people together constantly, such events, trainings and activities are held on a monthly basis, on top of the many training courses and developments as well as the strong support system that PropNex and PNG are already offering.

PAUL FAM EXPERTISE
FUNDAMENTALS OF CCR REAL ESTATE WEALTH MANAGEMENT
On 30 September 2019, Paul conducted a sharing titled Fundamentals of CCR Real Estate Wealth Management, where he had tapped on his expertise as a Wealth Management Expert to share about how to better advise clients looking at the Core Central Region (CCR) in terms of their wealth management. By the end of this 3-hour sharing session, participants were able to understand the asset planning framework for private property owners, the presentation structure and flow with the usage of financial calculators and lastly, how to advise their CCR clients for their assets planning.

Aside from sharing his expertise in wealth management, Paul had also covered an in-depth analysis on the real estate market trends where he had shed light on property cooling measures such as the ABSD imposed by the government, which aims to stabilise the property market in Singapore.
MLD PRODUCER SHARING
To further strengthen MLD agents’ knowledge in the real estate industry, the division organises at least 1 sharing session that is conducted on a monthly basis. These are conducted by top producers in the division, as they share their expertise on various real estate topics covering from using social media marketing to market properties to sharing on real estate wealth management planning as well as on specific property sectors such as commercial listings to the trends to look out for in the real estate industry as a whole.
