In this step-by-step guide, we will guide you through the procedures to join our PropNex family in 3 simple steps.

REGISTER WITH PROPNEX
Register with PropNex to get an in-principle approval form from CEA. Fill in the fields before submitting the form back to PropNex. We will help you to submit to CEA to transfer your CEA registration from your current real estate agency.

Please prepare the following documents to help facilitate your registration process at PropNex:

Completed in-principle approval form

Income proof for the last 12 months

Accumulated income proof (for commission scheme more than 70%)

APPROVED CEA IN-PRINCIPLE APPROVAL
Once you have received the in-principle approval from CEA, you will have to tender your resignation from your current real estate agency.

As a start to establish your career with us at a faster rate, we would strongly advised you to come to PropNex and register for your name cards, so that you would be able to receive your name cards as soon as your registration to transfer is complete.
​
You are also required to book an appointment with our appointed photography studio to get a photo in our PropNex corporate attire.
