ABOUT PAUL

Paul Fam is an award-winning real estate agent with more than 18 years of experience in the real estate business. He specialises in private residential properties and new launches in Singapore.

A team leader and trainer in PropNex Powerful Negotiators Group's (PNG) champion division, Marcus Luah Division, Paul conducts regular trainings on the topics of Condo Asset Progression, Real Estate Wealth Management and Portfolio Restructuring for private property owners.

As a Senior Group District Director, he holds regular meet-up sessions with his team of agents, updating them on the latest market trends and information as well as guiding them through his prospecting and closing formulas and methods. Under his mentorship and guidance, his associates have seen a breakthrough in their personal sales over the years.

As a mentor, Paul is heavily involved in helping his team of agents when it comes to achieving their goals. At the start of 2020, Paul met up with his team of agents to set their goals for the year. During these goal setting sessions, he had also shared his expertise further to his team of agents, assisting them on their goal settings for the upcoming year.

I have achieved one of my top goals - PropNex Millionaire Achiever 2020 and 2021, during one of the most challenging periods last year. However, not everything is smooth sailing. Just 6 years ago, my business failed and I was on the verge of bankruptcy.

I re-entered the Real Estate industry to put bread on the table to feed my family. By focusing on one deal at a time, I picked myself up and have successfully achieved several Top Producer Awards throughout the years.
